Q: How quickly will you ship my order?
A: We strive for shipping within 2-3 business days after receiving your order. All orders in the US ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days transit), so you should have your shipment about a week after order placement.
Canadian transit times will vary based on location, method of shipping,
& clearing of customs. Our experience shows Canadian delivery can vary from several days up to 2-3 weeks from time of shipping.
Q: Is my order secure?
A: Yes. Our storefront uses the latest encryption technology

Q: Why is USPS Priority Mail the only shipping option?
A: We thoroughly evaluated the Big 3 shippers (FedEx, UPS, USPS) and discovered that USPS Priority offers the best combination of speed,

Q: How do you calculate my postage fees?
A: Priority Mail rates vary per pound. Your shipping is automatically calculated online by our order processor. It adds the weight of all
your products, plus a little for packaging. Rates run as follows:
Up to 1lb; $4.95, 1-2lbs; $7.95, 2-3lbs; $9.95,
3-4lbs; $10.95, above 4lbs; $11.95
An exception to the rates quoted in the previous paragraph applies to the Treat Balls and Hot Bran Mash which have their own pre-set bulk shipping rates - explained in further FAQ's.
All products ordered in addition to the Treat Balls & Hot Bran Mash will be charged an appropriate shipping charge (as cited above - based on weight) in addition to the set shipping charge for the Treat Balls or Mash. The online order processor will show you the separate shipping charges, if they apply.

Q: So what's up with the 2 for 1 shipping
on Uncle Jimmy's Hangin' Treat Balls?
A: Uncle Jimmy's Hanging Balls are 4 lbs. ea. We can ship singles or pairs for the same bulk rate of $9.95. So, every 1 or 2 balls ship for $9.95.
i.e. 1-2=$9.95, 3-4=$19.90, 5-6=$29.85, etc., all the way up to however many you order. So, you can save on shipping if you order in pairs. This shipping rate applies only to Uncle Jimmy's Hanging Treat Balls.
If you order additional products; BITTENS, Heat Packs, Zubs, gloves, gifts, etc., those items will ship at our standard USPS Priority shipping rates. The online order processor will show you the separate shipping charges, as appropriate, if they apply.

Q: I'm a bit confused about your shipping policy for
the Way Out West Hot Bran Mash. Can you clarify?
A: The Mash is a little bit on the heavy side (2.5 lbs ea.), so we're able to take advantage of bulk shipping discounts and pass those savings on to you. Every set of 1-3 bags of the Hot Bran Mash ships for $9.95.
So, any order of 1-3 bags ship at $9.95, 4-6 bags ship for $19.90,
7-9 bags ship for $29.85, etc. If you'd like to stock up, you'll save a bunch on shipping if you buy in 3 packs! This rate applies only to the Way Out West Hot Bran Mash. If you order additional products; BITTENS, Heat Packs, treats, gloves, gifts, etc., those items will ship at our standard Priority Mail shipping rates.
The online order processor will break out & show you the separate shipping charges, if they apply.

Q: So, you do ship to CANADA?
A: Yes. We can ship to Canadian addresses. However, we don't process Canadian orders online, nor is the Fax-Mail order form designed for use by Canadian customers.
